problems with emulator...

i have a dolphin 4682,

i am trying to run a game, but for some reason there isn't a pad plugin or willmote plugin??
i've looked into the configuration and there two plugins aren't there.
so i looked into the Plugin folder and it was there..., but i can't find them in the configuration...
