Okay so i downloaded the new firmware update and the device is updated. my luigi wiimote doesnt seem to have a problem connecting to the Dolphinbar itself as i can push 1+2 and it will sync with it (both the wii-motes LED and the sensor bar get solid Blue lights.) however when going into dolphin it doesnt seem to connect or stay connected.

i have it on Real Wiimote

Enable Speaker Data is Unchecked

and

Continuous Scanning is Checked

am i doing something wrong?

ive tried going into tools and using connect wiimote 1 it just says wiimote 1 connected than it says wiimote 1 disconnected right after.

any help would be greatly appreciated

For anyone whose having problems i got the issue fixed... this is what i did.

1. Copy all folders containintg game back-up to a path outside of all dolphin folders (i made a new folder on the desktop and just moved everything there)

2. go into control panels and uninstall. look for anything related to the dolphin emulator and un-install it all.

3. re-install a fresh copy of dolphin emulator downloaded from the link at the top of these forums simply named "Download"

4. restart computer/laptop re-connect dolphinbar and resync wiimote using 1+2 buttons (i had previously had connected my wiimote to the dolphinbar via the instruction booklet that came with it.)

5. opened Dolphin and opened controler settings selected Real Wiimote from the drop down.

6. Checked the continuous scanning box.

7. now everything i've read so far has said NOT TO CHECK the "Enable Speaker Data" box however i did it just to see what would happen it seems to have connected fine the sound isnt quite as loud as if it was connected to the wii/u but its there others may not be able to use it with the speaker data enabled if it doesnt work wth it checked uncheck it and see if that helps...

ill cross that bridge when it stops connecting lol.
