No need for complaints, if your having problems with fps then look for other solutions or alternatives, trust me there are solutions. When there is a problem there's always a solution somewhere. Most people demand this and that but the dev. are aware of the micro stuttering issues with certain games and are keeping that in mind. Be grateful that it's free and is constantly being worked on, not as you'd expect and go in a direction that you want it to go but take these things in consideration when you see game stuttering. I've played Metroid Prime and that game always has crap load of micro stutter, but hey what do I do? Lower the IR a little bit and your good to go.
