Well you can't basically expect the same performance with HLE and LLE. An overclocked CPU could. Yours can't.

Try to check "LLE on Thread". It will help you. But this option may cause freezes in some games though and unfortunately SMG is one of them

Already tried that. It didn't make much of a difference. Thanks anyway.
