Turn those off.

Already did. As I said before, "the game stays below 30FPS and 50% speed, even with no graphics improvements at all." All graphics improvements are at minimum.

Actually they are. Your CPU at stock can't handle SMG + LLE "properly". Same thing for other demanding games such as Starfox Adventures

Meh. You sure? I find it weird, because with DSP HLE I can use basically "full" graphics improvements and with DSP LLE even the lowest graphics makes my game slowmotion.


But if you say so, I believe. :\ That's just sad for me.
