problems trying to get wiimote connected

I'm trying to get my wiiremote with motion plus built in connected right and it's not working I get it showing up under bluetooth devices but the lights only blink when I press buttons. Also I'm trying to use my wii's ir bar and have my wii turned on with ir bar connected.

Which bluetooth driver do you use? BlueSoleil? Toshiba Stack? Microsoft Stack? (I can recommend Toshiba Stack)

There is something that dolphin can only do with the Microsoft stack, but it doesn't really matter I think.

"Pair up" and "Refresh" afaik
