problems running games on dolphine need help?

hi every 1 im still haveing problems running the dolphione emulator i chananged the version now to the latest 1 which is svn revision 2745. and when i load my iso rom game nintendo gamecubo iso that is. i the screen opens saying choose language and no matter what i press the screen wont go any further from there. ive checked all the configuation and it looks ok. so any idea why this is happning id be greatful to know thx. im running windows 7 64 bit 4 gig ram. ive did the graphics config as well i even followed a guide on you tube couldent see any plug in for video on the config set up. but it must be ok as wen i launch the iso game as i said the screen opens but i cant go no further.

sorry to tell you the last revison are 6800 tell us which game you wanna play what is your spec like cpu model ram video card .cpuz program can help you to tell us and change revison go in the svn revision section and download one but new revision go slower cause they work on the fifo take 6515 i think i was very fast

ok no probs there well i just downloaded the version u said right and wen i went to open it it said programme cant start because xinput1_3.dll is missing ive run regestry scans i use c cleaner also the 1 by uniblue called regestrybooster it found stuff i fixed the lot but still i get this message what do i do from here thx.

not sure but it seem to be a direct x update try download the lastest direct x9 dont worry if you have directx 11 it dont change anything but if i right dolphin use directx 9 for controller old version run with a older version but know we need a new one go a download i think that will fix it directx 9 last update

so i tried to update my direct x put the new 1 in as u said another problem now this time message says
a cabinet nessarey for installtion cannot be trusted. please verify the crtophographic services are enabled and the cabinet file certifacte is valid. and ive checked the settings and thet are enabled and still this error shows.

ok i put me ? in support a few hours ago but no replys yet so hope some 1 will get round to it
