Hello guys. Help me, if possible.

Play on TV with an HDMI cable connected. The TV is 4K, the Notebook is FHD. I set to on TV to stay in FHD, at 4K by limitations of the TV or Notebook (I do not know) gets maximum at 30Hz. In FHD I can leave 60Hz. I play all the games like this without any problems, however with Dolphin when selecting full screen it changes the resolution to 4K, I can not keep full screen in FHD in Dolphin.

Any solution?

Sorry if it got bad to understand, my English is still not very good. Confused

You're looking at 1 of 3 scenarios:
1. Either your TV or Computer doesn't support 4k 60 fps on the port you're trying to use. Try a different port and see if that fixes it, but you may be out of luck.
2. The TV doesn't support 4k 60 fps in the first place
3. The display adapter settings for Windows is stuck at 30 fps on for the TV. You might be able to fix this by go to Display Properties > Adapter Properties and see if you can change the refresh to 60 hz

Thanks for the answer.

I've tried many ways, but I can not get 60Hz in 4K. Give it up. I use for all games FHD 60Hz and I am satisfied, however the problem is that when opening the Dolphin in full screen the resolution of the television changes to the 4K, getting in 30Hz. I wanted to keep the resolution full screen in Dolphin in FHD like I do in other emulators and PC games, but Dolphin changes the resolution without my choice.

I'm finding it strange because this should be something simple, but I've tried some alternatives and nothing.

The cable might also be the problem.

I've tried three different cables. I think there's no way, Dolphin always uses the maximum resolution of the monitor in full screen.

Nah, I looked up the specs of the IGP in the laptop, it only supports HDMI 1.4 which is limited to 30Hz at 4K.

Yes, my real interest is to make Dolphin not change the chosen resolution on the TV. I set to stay in 1920x1080p 60hz and I play all the games that I have, but when I enter Dolphin in full screen it changes the resolution to 4K 30hz.
