Yes, just download new (6100+) revision from:
http://www.dolphin-emu.org

In previous revisions, sound cannot be fixed and produces a very painful sounding loop.

"there is a solution" Tell me your CPU ,OS(windows 7/XP 32bit or 64 bit) if you don't know then download CPU-Z

It works fine on 6100, 6103, 6109 I just tried.. And these are random builds.
No crackling sound error
