Problems Blackbox

I have a problem with a black box that keeps coming in the top left corner of the emulator when i start playing the games Bomberman (Jap) and Metriod other M (pal/Nstc)
Im using the settings that match good texts but that brings the black box in there aswell how can i fix it?

Emulator 2.0V 32/64 bit
OpSystem W7 64bit

My pc is good and can handel the emulator but with V2.0 I got this box.

My english typing sucks i know i just need some help not some lam ass comments on my text.

It must be graphic plugin problem , i suggest you should change graphic plugin to Directx 11 plugin , it makes any games run perfectly smooth
To get the directx 11 plugin download the latest revision of dolphin.
