Problem with Zelda Four Swords Plus

So I've been wanting to play Tetra trackers on the Japanese version of Four Swords Adventures for a long time, but when I start the game the emulator goes to 0 FPS and doesn't change.
And I have no idea what's causing that since the other games run with no problems.

Any help?
