Problem with yellow and cyan screen at startup.

I am trying to get my game "balst works" to work on my PC, but every time i load or open it i get the yellow then cyan screen, i can still hear and do some things, but, i cannot do anything else.

that i should check the "Use Real XFB" option. I did this, hoping that it would work, but instead, when i load the ISO, it just crashes Dolphin.

Please help ASAP, and also, this is my first time trying this so i suck, so please explain it as detailed as you can
