Problem with Wii ISOs

Hi everybody, I've got a problem with starting Wii ISOs with Dolphin. I tried it with Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2. The first one simply doesn't start, there's the black loading screen with yellow letters. For the second one, there's an error message.
I've tried changing several options without success, I can also open Gamecube ISOs.

My specs are:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro x64
Processor/CPU: Intel i5-4590 3.30 GHz
Video Card/GPU: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
Memory/RAM: DDR 3 16 GB
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: 5.0 x64

Do you have any suggestions?

Check the partition integrity in case they're bad dumps. To do that, right click on them in the games list, choose properties, open the filesystem tab, and right click on partitions and check partition integrity. Usually checking partition 1 will be enough, as partition zero shouldn't contain anything the game relies on in Dolphin, and most games don't have any more partitions.

Thank you for your reply. You are right, in the first ISO partition 1 integrity shows an error. The second ISO doesn't even have a partition 1, just partition 0. I don't know why, though, the source should be working.

Last I was told, checking partition integrity doesn't have anything to do with whether or not a dump is good or not, you have to check the hash.

That has never been true, ED2. GC disks don't have the option to check the partition integrity, so you have to use the hash then, but the devs have been telling people to stop using hashes for Wii games. As Wii disks are encrypted, any damage at all to the file will turn everything after the error into gibberish when it's decrypted, which shows up really easily.

Then you've dumped the two discs using different settings/programs, or have manually modified the second ISO after dumping it. Anyway, if you only have partition 0, treat that partition as if it was partition 1.

That the partition integrity is fine doesn't necessarily mean that it's a good dump, but the partition integrity failing is a sign of a bad dump.

Using hashes for Wii games is fine. It's not always possible to find reference hashes on the internet, though.

They are encrypted in blocks, so damage in one disc sector will only ruin up to 31 KiB of data.

Yes, there are some problems with it, and it also won't detect intentional modifications of the ISO, but that doesn't mean that it has nothing at all to do with whether the dump is good. Just don't assume that the dump is good just because Dolphin says that the partition integrity is fine.
