Whenever I try to play super smash brothers brawl on my keyboard, intending to have only one player, it always shows up with 2 controllers connected. Whenever I press up on the main stick, the 2nd player's cursor will move the the right. When I press down, it will move left. Basically the 2nd player's cursor is moving on a rotated axis, while the first player is moving on an upright axis. How do I disable the second player's control on the keyboard?

Thanks

ok I did that, but when I power on the game, it shows a player 2 still connected. How do I make it so that there is one player? I can't start a match until all controllers have selected a player
