Hello!
After hours I got dolphin working on my pc.
But I have still one problem. I can't use my thrustmaster gamepad. I tried the GCPad Plugin, GCPad New and Njoy. For testing I used New Super Mario Bros and Animal Crossing, both for Wii and not working with the Gamepad. I read that not every Wii-Game can be played with a GC-Plugin, is this true and is there a list or something where I can look up which games work and which dont? Or is there another possible problem?

There isn't a list anywhere that I know of.
You can just google something like: <gamename> wii support gamecube controller
I know that New Super Mario Bros Wii does NOT support gamecube controllers. You will need to set up your gamepad in the wiimote plugin.
