Problem with the controller plugin

Hi there, I'm trying run a game, but when I press the play button, I get 3 errors. These errors are as follow:

"Error loading plugins/plugin_PadSimple.dll:Can't read info"
I then click ok, and then this comes up:
"Can't init any PAD plugins"
I again click ok, and then this comes up:
"Couldn't init the core. Check your configuration."

So, like the message says, I check the PAD configurations, but when I do, I get a message saying "Error loading plugins/plugin_PadSimple.dll:Can't read info" and then Dolphin just crashes.

I checked the directory in which Dolphin is located, and looked at the plugins folder, just to make sure that the plugin in the error messages wasn't missing, and it wasn't. Also, I'm using R3661. I'm not sure if I need to supply any more information in order to be properly assisted, but if more is needed, just ask and I will provide.

If this question has been asked and answered elsewhere before, then I apologize in advance, I tried searching for about an hour before I decided to post this. Thanks in advance to anybody who helps me out.
