Problem with Tatsunoko vs Capcom with low fps

I just downloaded Tatsunoko vs Capcom and I run it, but the speed is just only at 12-20fps it cannot get higher than 25, and I did turn off the DSP Throttle sound but the problem still exist! And my system information is
-8800MGTS 512MB -Intel Duo-Core 3.66GHz -4GB RAM -Windows 7 64bit Please any one can help me solve this problem! |
