Problem with starting Dolphin

I just downloaded Dolphin and when I try to start it an error message pops up saying im missing "VCOMP100.DLL" I have no idea what this is or how to fix it. Please help me out. Undecided

This problem is so common that it's in the FAQ. Look the answer up before coming here.
