Hi there, first, thank you for making this software masterpiece, I really appreciate it, and I've been wanting to play RE0 ever since it came in 2002.

Everything was fine but then after some time, I adjusted graphics and then this happened

http://img9.imageshack.us/i/98018342.jpg/
although the screen was full when I access map, inventory, etc...
http://img524.imageshack.us/i/70664150.jpg/

I got everything back as it was by default in the graphics settings and the problem persists, even though I tryed to change resolution and everything logicaly possible that should've logicaly solved the problem... Why does this happen? Please help, I want to play this game so desperately...

Thnx in forward

Ivan

What is the problem exactly, from your screenshots it looks like the game is running pretty well? Altso, what are you system specifications? What configuration are you using in Dolphin? (Screenshots?)

The more info you provide the easier it will be to help you Smile

The problem is obviously the black corner.

Try disable widescreen hack, if its checked.
Also netsc-j or progressive scan could help.

As prefix said post screens of your settings so everyone can see what could be wrong.

Wow, that was quick Smile
Well, let's just say I run GTA4 smoothly with maximum graphical adjusments, so running the game is no issue, everything is prfect, I just have this problem, not in the "I'm-a-complete-idiot-and-unable-to-figure-out-the-most-common-settings" way, but in the really unusual way, because all the settings I tryed to adjust in Dolphin to make things right didn't solve the problem :S

As you can see on first picture, the 1/4 of screen is black (right area of the screen, and the bottom, those white lines I added in Paint to highlight the problem...)

Everything was okay first time I started the game in Dolphin, the screen resolution was streched over the whole my screen (1280x1024), but after some minor adjustments I made, this happened, just 1/4 of the screen is shown - while playing the game, but sinematics are stretched over the whole screen, inventory, map and when I start the game, just when I controll the characters, the screen is f***ed up, which, I repeat, was not the problem in the begining...

So, these are my current settings of Dolphin:

http://img831.imageshack.us/i/32524331.jpg/

Do I need to provide any other information?
Is the exact system specification necessary? I mean I think it's a good guss that's not the issue since the setting the Dolphin's options screwed the screen :/

Thank you for your time Smile
JackyCola, sorry, but I don't see where in options is "widescreen hack" and "netsc-j" or "progressive scan"... :/

here, to provide you with more printscreen of more settings...

You're using an old version of Dolphin. Either get the newest build here. http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html

Or for the version you're using now, check off the option "try to remove borders".

You are using dolphin 2195. If you look at that link you will find out the actual version is 6723 http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html

try the newer version first please ^^

Also try using the DX9 plugin, i dont know game specific issues, but overall its the best and fastest plugin for windows user.

edit: yay sorry Starscream i was already typing and didnt see your post before sending it off =)

Umm... I kinda figured I should try to dwnld the latest version (64 bit in my case), even though on forum from which I dwnld-ed the game said the Dolphin is specially configured for Resident Evil Zero... But I dwnlded latest Dolphin neverthless, just to try, and when I did, thousand issues came up with starting the game... I just tryed that again as u suggested and here are the results...

http://img26.imageshack.us/i/24176267.jpg/

this is what happens when I try to configure "graphic settings" under "options"
http://img217.imageshack.us/i/96429950.jpg/

this is something else I tryed...
http://img706.imageshack.us/i/61994523.jpg/
Same note pops up when I select Dolphin Software Renderer...

and finally, most of the time this happens
http://img20.imageshack.us/i/41733205.jpg/

Also, please explain how to "use the DX9 plugin" ? Is that something to be downloaded? something to be configured in settings? :/
