Problem with running the emulator

I Dl'ed two versions of the Dolphin, Win32 and x64.
x64 says that the file isn't a valid Win32 application.
Win32 version says that the application has failed to start because XINPUT1_3.dll was not found. I tried to download the rar file again and extracting but nothing changed.

XINPUT1_3.dll has something to do with DirectX, so install DirectX :p.
