Switch over to the OpenGL backend, and make sure you have a high performance profile set up in the Nvidia Control Panel

i switched from direct3d to opengl and in the nvidia control panel i changed the the power management mode to prefer maximum performance but it didnt help unfortunately, even in the beginning when the text shows up its still capped to 38 frames and won't go up, i also played other games like mario galaxy and super smash bros brawl even maxed out with a high rate of anti aliasing and there is literally no lag just in pokemon battle revolution its somehow capped for me

i figured it already out on my own guys, im a real idiot, i just had to turn down the cpu clock override, it was at 400% and somehow it slowed down pokemon revolution, now its on 100% and everything works out quite well
