problem with running dolphin

hello, my problem is when I run I get this error dolphin `` ah dolphin.EXE encountered an error and needs to close ``,``Dolphin.exe ah detectado un error y debe cerrarse`` I hope his help run the program and not have it all in order thanks

Your CPU doesn't support SSE2, you won't be able to run Dolphin at all

resent rare that I buy the pc ran the dolphin but I formatio many times and now I have this problem but good thanks for your help
