Problem with RumblePad 2

i have configured my rumble pad to the desired settings for Super Smash Bro Brawl but everything except the movement (ir) is working. other function like attackin with button A B all works.
the box indicator in the configuration does move accordingly with the joystick but when in game it doesnt work.
Please help thank you in advance

PS. nothing wrong with the controller i have already tested all the buttons/joystick and im running on dolphin 3.5367

Don't use a stick for IR. Let it set to default settings (cursor Y-/Y+/X-/X+)

For Brawl you don't even need IR. You'd be better off having your controller set up as a GameCube controller and having no Wii Remotes connected.

Also, 3.5-367 is an old build from an unofficial site, and I'm so tired of seeing the number 367 that when it shows up in other places I get angry. We're at 3.5-1579 already in terms of development builds. I'd personally skip 3.5 stable, current dev builds have major fixes for audio in most games (though now you have to run the game at full speed to avoid audio stuttering). https://dolphin-emu.org/download/
