I'm having problems with low FPS (17) and stuttering audio.

Processor: Intel i7 - 2600K @ 3.40 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
System: Windows 7 64- bit OS
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560

Can anything be done to resolve my issue?

Post your graphics tab as pictures so we can see how you have it configured

Also, try to push up your CPU a little bit (it´s overclockable). Which Dolphin build you´re using?
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 800/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

Try disabling V-Sync.

That will have such a small impact that I don't know why you even mentioned it. Especially since there is not a GPU bottleneck.

Try disabling EFB copies, enabling Skip EFB Access from CPU, and then show us your audio configuration.

That resolved my FPS issue. Thanks!

What do you mean?

Also, does anyone know what's causing my audio stuttering?

The graphics hacks tend to break graphics. Sometimes immensely.

If the graphics break to unplayability, you'll have to deal with the lag to play it.

And, your audio configuration's fine.
