Up until a few days ago, I was playing super paper Mario for the Wii on my USB Gamecube controller with no problems. I used the c stick as the point function with auto-hide on to allow Tippi to hide her pointer when I wasn't using it. Now I'm in chapter 2-4 where I must use Tippi to reveal a hidden staircase and it won't show up. The cursor will not appear no matter what I bind point to even though it worked yesterday. Also interesting is how it works in other Wii games such as strikers charged. The cursor appears and moves normally in that game.
In terms of troubleshooting, I have tried all settings on the "point" section of the menu, background input on/off, continuous scanning
(what I remember doing, have been going at this for a few hours)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT: I am on the latest dev build of dolphin running pal version of super paper mario.
