Problem with Memory Card

Hi Com,

i try to play Twilight Princess but it will only work without saving because the dolphin can't find a memory card. What i have to do for saving my gamestatus? What does the option "dummy" do?
I downloaded also a gci-file from gamefaqs but it don't know what i can do with this file.

Select "Memory Card" for "Slot A" or use the default settings.

How does it not work? What does the game do when you try to save?
How have you determined "the dolphin can't find a memory card"?

Thank you for answering, but i found a solution on my own. The only thing i have to do is giving the Memory Card Slot A a "name" when the window poped up, not searching for a already existing "Memory Card". Then he ask me if a want to format it and then it's working. Thx
