Problem with Mario Party 5 - Slow Game Speed

Hi Dolphin Community,

I'm sorry but I have no permissions to create this thread in the Game Discussion Area. So i try it in this section. I hope it's ok and somebody can help me.

I'm trying to get Mario Party 5 running with my Emulator but the game is still slow. I tryed a lot of speedup tips i've read but they didn't work. So maybe somebody of you is able to help me....

Software
My OS: Win XP Pro 32 Bit
My Dolphin Version: Dolphin 2.0
Direct X Version 9.0

Hardware:
CPU: INTEL Duo Core T6670 with 2,19GHZ
RAM: 2 GB
Graphic:
Mobile Intel4 Series Express Chipset Family (1024)
Mobile Intel GMA 4500MHD


The game starts with 50 fps but when starting the game its really slow and has about 25 fps-


Has anybody an idea?
