What version of Dophin are you using? What video backend are you using? What non default settings are you using? Basically, try to give us as much info as possible so we can better help you

I am using dolphin 5.0, the video backend I am using is OpenGL, I believe the non default settings I have are Scaled EFB Copy and Ignore Format Changes.

I can't reproduce the problem. I tried using the stable 5.0 version & the latest GIT build. I 1st tried using your settings, then went & enabled & disabled every graphical option there is & every time I can't get it to make Luigi's mouth to flicker and see inside of it. I'd suggest making sure you have the latest graphic drivers & maybe adjusting some of your graphic options or even using a different backend. Even though OpenGL should work best with NVidia cards
