Problem with joystick

No, I don't. I use the keyboard, but it brings another problem, "dolphin event pad" doesn't work. If I try njoy 0.4 the emulator doesn't detect a joystick and opens a config layout. When I try "dolphin event pad" appears the message: Can't open plugins/Plugin_PadsimpleEvnt.dll.
I've melted my brain trying to solve this problem.
