Problem with internal resolution

Hey

First time here so sorry if this was already answered but I can't find anything that solves my problem.
I've been using dolphin on an off for a time now, but never for a long time at lack of proper hardware and knowledge about the program.

Now I've got a new pc and tried to give it another go. The games run perfectly with no lag at 60fps (core i5-4670 and gtx 780ti) but I can't get the internal resolution
to change. I've installed multiple versions of dolphin and never does it work. I've got it at 4x internal (the max) but the render is always in the original 640x480.

My settings are default, but I'll write them down just in case:

GENERAL:
Enabled dual core
Enabled idle skipping
Jit Recompiler
Framelimit set to auto

AUDIO:
DSP HLE Emulation
xAudio2 Backend

WII:
EuRGB60 Mode (PAL60)

GRAPHICS:
Direct3D11 Backend
Adapter:GeForce GTX 780Ti
Fullscreen Resolution:1920x1080
Aspect Ratio:Auto
V-Sync:Enabled
Fullscreen Enabled

ENCHANCEMENTS:
Internal Resolution:4x(2560x2112)
Antialiasing:None
Anisotropic Filtering:x1
Scaled EFB Copy enabled
Per-Pixel Lighting enabled

HACKS:
Texture Cache:fast
External Frame Buffer disabled

Now is something wrong with my setup or am I just not not seeing it?
