I'm having 2 problems with the emulator and I don't know what can be, so I would like some support since I didn't get any answer until now.
The first problem is that sometimes the emulator freezes, I'm not talking about in game, I mean the interface, I open, and begin to move or change some configuration and when I notice the emulator stop working and the only solution is close it forcefully and open it again. This is the only one emulator that gives me this problem.
The second is more complicated and I will talk about the ps 2 emulator pcsx2, so hope you don't mind it.
With new actualizations both emulators changed the way that controllers work, and both of them are giving me problems, I have a wireless controller brand unitec, it's really simple to use, it comes with a usb connector so you just connect it to pc and it detects the controller and it works with pc games and emulators, no external programs are needed.
But when I use these emulators they reconnect the controller as soon as I open them, and modifies the way it works, the pc says me in control panel that there are 3 controllers connected and in prints and devices the devices used by the controller multiply (Generally are only 2, with the emulators opened are 6), and the controller stay useless to everything aside of these emulators, the only way to repair it is rebooting pc or reconnecting the usb part, but if I open the emulators it will happen again.
Thanks to pcsx2 I found that the problem is the SDL input of the controllers, so as soon as I deactivated it the controller continued working so in that emulator I just turn off SDL input and use Dinput (I have other emulators that use SDL input but only these 2 are giving me problems)
Problem with Dolphin is that there is not a way to turn off SDL Input and I don't know what to do to solve this problem. Checking the controller options now SDL or Direct Input don't work for me in this emulator, only an option called WG Input. (Direct input works with keyboard and mouse though).
And that's it, hope you can help me.
PD: My version of emulator is 5.0-18498
PD2: I just confirmed that the problem is the emulator, I resintalled newer versions of the emulator (18748) and the problem it's still there, then I proved to install 5.0-17269, the first version I installed in my pc and the problem doesn't happen so definitelly it's an SDL input actualization what makes the problem, it would be great if developers create an icon to turn off SDL in case they can't resolve the problem.
