Problem with importing game save file

I have running into problems importing the save file for Taiko no Tatsujin Wii: Dodoon to 2 Daime! (S2TJAF) The problem details are:

• I'm running Dolphin 5.0-13178 Windows x64
• I can't import the save file from gamefaq. It simply gives the error that it can't import the save file.
• I can open the game and export save files from Dolphin, but it can't import that same save file I exported.
• 5.0-11824 exhibits the same problem.
• 5.0 Stable, however, can import the gamefaq save file. I eventually imported on 5.0 stable and played the game on 5.0-13178.

Yes, this is indeed a bug stemming from a combination of the save containing subfolders and us not properly deleting a save before overwriting it. I'll try to figure out a proper fix for this.
