Problem with Frames even with good computer

So I was playing twilight princess when the frames just dropped from 30 to 20 and I've tried going through the settings myself and trying to fix it but I can't seem to get it right nothing I do works I changed the settings as low as possible and it dose't change it at all. My computer is pretty good so I'm just wondering if there is a setting to make it easier on my computer. I have a:

i9 x-series 10 core
gtx 2080
32 gbs of ddr4 ram

Have you enabled the Hyrule Field Speed Hack in the game properties?

no ill try it next time im on it I figured out how to get it running smoother but i always get slight frame drops in hyrule field
