problem with "D.O.N battle stadium"

I have a problem with the emulation of the game "Battle Stadium DON" with the Gamecube emulator Dolphin SVN R 5163
I set the emulator with the settings recommended in the site, but the game is slow, it's ram and I play less than 30fps

Here is my config

Core2Duo E4400 2Ghz
Geforce 9600 GT
2GB ram

is what the problem might come from my cpu is not very powerful
and if I overclock it, at a 2.4 or 2.6 Ghz, it will solve the problem?
