Why the emulator don't detect the plugins ?

P.S. : is the default from the 7z exe that i've downloaded (the 32bit version)

what is "stickies" ? (i'm a noob)

P.S. : now i have the same error on all versin and i think si becaus i don't have some apps (DirectX , .NET framework or smoehing like that up to date) ...

Dolphin needs you have to have the libraries listed below installed.

[Windows]
-MS Visual C++ Runtime 2008 SP1: This fixes the "side by side" / "application config" & model errors
Microsoft VC++ 2008 SP1 Redist x86 - For 32bit Windows
Microsoft VC++ 2008 SP1 Redist x64 - For 64bit Windows

-The DirectX March 2009 Runtime: This fixes the plugin loading errors
Note: THIS MEANS UPDATE YOUR DIRECTX EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE VERSION 9.0c or 10 or 10.1!!!!!!
Microsoft DirectX Updater
MB : MSI Z68A-GD80
CPU : Intel Core i7 2600k @ 3.4 GHz (stock clock)
Gfx : ATI Raedon HD 6850
Ram : 4 GB DDR3-1333
OS : Windows XP x86

I Had to install
