Problem with cheat manager

I am using Dlphin 5.0-11824 and I have cheats enabled. But when I bring up the cheat manager all I get is the search tab and no tab that allows me to enter cheats. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

The normal way to enter cheats is in the game properties (right-click on a game in the game list), not the cheat manager.
