Yes,
I tried a latest dev,delete all the old file or configuration from the old version,the only thing that im not shure it's how to "don't white list the device" Undecided

Finaly i solved the issue....I write how i solved the problem because maybe someone can find it usefull.
First i uninstalled the zadig library end installed the device normaly choosing the "generic bluetooth radio" driver,then
In device managment i select to show all invisible device end removed all the device that appear in transparency.
After this i have installed the latest usbdk library end then i try the latest thersion of dolphin with bluetooth passtrough active....
And it's working perfectly!!!
