Hey, welcome to the Dolphin forums. Be sure to read this announcement regarding how to make a proper thread. Always provide your settings. Click the Config button in Dolphin and look at the General tab. Click the Graphics button and look at the General, Enhancements, and Hacks tabs. Giving us these settings will help us solve your problem (hopefully, anyway). Wink

You can try switching between audio backends (DSound and XAudio2) to see if that helps with the sound. If not, using The LLE recompiler to emulate the DSP (LLE audio) will get rid of most audio problems because it's more accurate than HLE audio. If you want to use LLE audio, you have to dump your DSP files first from your console. Follow this guide and you should be able to get them.

About DX11, sometimes it's just not the best graphical backend for a game. The DX9 backend is faster than either DX11 or OpenGL for Dolphin. If DX11 has problems that DX9 does not encounter, stick with DX9. You can switch between them and use whichever is best suited for a specific game, if you want to.

The only way you can dump DSP files is if you have access to physical hardware, e.g. a GC or a Wii. The boot.dol file (DSPSpy) is a program that must be run on a console to extract the DSP files, as detailed in the guide I posted. You can't extract them through the Dolphin emulator. There're no shortcuts here, unfortunately.
