Hello

I use dolphin 3.0, build 432-Dirty, I believe.
What I read anyway

And I have a unfun problem with the game. The audio is out of sync when there is a cutscene, A video. I don't really like this, I lose the sight of video and what is happening, I am easy to lose.

I don't Know what to do, I searched trought the web, They tell me to use audio trottle, I do not find it. So what can I do ? Switch my verison of dolphin. ?

Here are my settings, can you please help me ? I have a good Pc to play the game, so this is not the problem

I pulled this from the Dolphin Wiki for Arc Rise Fantasia:

Quote:Runs between 98% and 100% with D3D9, no noticeable slowdown in game, but cut-scenes lose progressively sync with their audio (regardless of Dolphin setup). Overclocking the CPU to 3.4GHz solves the issue.

Might be a speed issue with your hardware; overclocking would probably get the audio and video to sync. What's the exact CPU model in your computer?

Also, Audio Throttling can be found in the Framelimit option (from the first screenshot you posted). To enable Audio Throttling, just set it to "Audio".

You have to overclock your CPU. The process is different for every motherboard, as it's done through the BIOS.

Assuming you're on Windows XP, you can find out the exact model of your CPU by going to the Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance and click on System. It should tell you what model it is and what your clock speed is. I still don't know what specific CPU you're using, but it might be too slow to properly play anyway. If it's an old, single core Athlon 64, I don't think it'll perform anywhere near as good as the 3.4GHz the user on the wiki mentions, even if you overclocked it to that speed. His/her CPU is an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550, which I imagine runs Dolphin a lot faster than any single core Athlon 64.

Try changing DSound to XAudio2.

If you have an Athlon 64 (i.e. your PC is around 7 years old), your PC is way too slow to play this game in Dolphin.

Now that is a very bad new. I am very sad... To no be able to over the problem. I hope I'll when I'll get a Mac for my second university session.
I tried the xAudio 2, the audio is slower but still way too fast.

I have a dual core. Athlon

Mac = noob + no overclocking + overprice
It's probably slow as well unless it has core i3 2120/i5 2500 + Nvidia/AMD middle class GPU
