Problem with 5.0-12348

I just updated to from 5.0-12247, and I'm having problems with various games now.

I'm getting really high FPS with loading games and cut scenes (500+).

Some games are running 150+ FPS in-game, while others run at 3-.9 FPS. I'm having a few just lock up system forcing me to do a hard reboot.

Specs:
Ryzen 5
12 GB RAM
Windows 2004
