Problem running paper mario

I'm stuck on chapter 2 when you have to unlock the red cell. When I open the cell the cut scene that is supposed to follow never triggers. I'm using a good iso, that has been verified here . So it's an emulation problem.

I am running dolphin 64 bit V2.0 on windows 7 64 bit home premium with 2.3GHz processor, and 3 GB of RAM. What might the problem be? What configurations do you suggest?

I attached my gave save. If someone wants, they can slap that in there memory card folder, run it, get past the cell part, re upload it.

In "Super Paper Mario wii" pal wbfs not start running only a black screen. Fps = 0 & Speed = 100%, but nothing more. What should I do? Settings "Dolphin" here.
