Having the same issue. I updated to 11409 as well. Now it says VCRUNTTIME140_1.dll is missing.

You need the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2019. The safest place to get it is at Microsoft's website. Go to the downloads page for Visual Studio, scroll down to Other Tools and Frameworks, expand it, and select the appropriate architecture (ARM64, X64, or X86) for downloading.

Did you install the version for x64? Dolphin is a 64 bit application, so it those libraries.

All the versions are listed here, you need to install the one under: Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019

Yes. I did figure it out. I had it on a different drive and moved it to my C drive and it worked. Never had that issue where I needed to have it on my C drive before.

Thanks for providing this link!  I just updated Dolphin and ran into the same issue as the OP, and this download fixed it.

Dolphin staff, can you please update the link on the downloads page to point to this new redistributable?
