Problem Playing Every Game

None of my games are working properly. They all have sounds, they all go through the game properly, but the graphics are missing or obscured from every game I play. I open up Paper Mario and the layers are completely messed up with characters and enemies being behind bushes and some textures just completely gone, I open up another game and there's just no floor below me and some characters don't have faces, I try yet another game and once again, it's the graphics I've tried 6 games in total, and each one of them had graphics issues. I've tried running through them a little to see if it would iron itself out, it doesn't. The game doesn't crash, pretty much everything else is OK but the graphics just make the games unplayable.
I've tried switching the backend to something else, but every single one gives me an error message.
Vulkan gives me "Failed to load Vulkan library"
Direct3D 11 & 12 give me "you are missing d3dcompiler_47.dll."
And the rest of them, other than OpenGL which has the graphical glitches, just crash the game immediately. The game pops up and immediately goes back down.
If you can help me out with this, I'd really appreciate it.

Try updating your GPU drivers: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-series-processors/amd-a8-series-apu-for-desktops/a8-5500-radeon-hd-7560d
And updating your DirectX: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
And check for Windows updates.

Your CPU is very slow so you'll probably have speed and performance issues, but this should at least fix your graphics problems. Probably.
