raptr is useless for me

Maybe it's the fact that PS1 video plugins development has stopped completely and they are obsolete, so, they won't run on newer hardware. For example, my GPU (Intel Iris 5100) doesn't support Pete's OGL plugin 2.9, because it doesn't support OpenGL 2, only 3 and above, 4.3 is the max. So, when using Pete's OGL 2.9 I'll just get a black screen. Try using Pete's D3D plugin 1.77 (don't confuse with DX6, use the one that states D3D, this one is newer and uses DirectX 7, as I've read) and see if it works better. For me it does, so, I use that one.

Your IGP fully supports OGL 2.1 and below. Your reasoning makes no sense.
Also he has already stated that he fixed it by uninstalling raptr. So it was clearly not a hardware or plugin version issue.

Maybe you're right. But I do get a black screen no matter what I do, if I use that plugin. On my old computer, which has an old NVidia GPU, it works. I've read that people with this hardware can't play games that use OGL 2 on PC and Mac as well, Angry Birds (the very first game) for example. I read that in forums and in the replies they said that thing. Now, I don't know who is right. If you are right, then my GPU doesn't support another feature that ePSXe uses. OpenGL on PCSX2 (which is 2.x) also doesn't work, I only get sound, with a white screen.

Use xebra or medfafen, epsxe is outdated and completely inaccurate.

Make sure your IGP drivers are up to date. You might also try running these applications in compatibility mode. Also I would recommend staying away from win 10 for awhile since GPU drivers are unlikely to be reliable at this stage, especially Intel who takes forever to update their drivers. When win 8 first came out I was using an Intel HD 4000 and had lots of issues with old OGL titles that were working fine under win 7 until Intel rolled out a driver update for win 8 a year later.
