problem official sensor bar

Hello, I am sorry for my English which is very bad ^^ ' here is my problem: the emulator works very well, I manage to connect the wiimote to my pc, it works. For the sensor bar, I use the one who is connected to my wii u (my pc is connected to the same television, I could use my wii u to play the games wii but the result in 16:9 is horrible!) I switch on my wii u so that the sensor bar is switched on too but nothing to make, the detector does not get the movements of my wiimote on the pc. While a lever synchronized with the wii u works and moves according to my movements. Any idea please ?

If you leave the wii u on and doing nothing it will turn off the sensor bar, I guess that is the problem?

I thought of it, I saw to it to be on a menu which requires the wiimote, it works on the wii u but not on the pc (I did well the difference between a wiimote synchronized with the pc and the other one with the wii u) ^^

Are you turning on the wii u AFTER connecting to the PC?
