Problem loading custom textures

So I'm playing Inazuma Eleven Strikers GO Strikers, downloaded the custom textures, went to Graphics and set up the settings in Utility but whenever I boot up the game the translation doesn't apply. Am I doing anything wrong or is it because the translation's pretty old that I'd need to use an older version of the Emulator?

Would appreciate any help from anyone who's solved this issue. Many thanks in advance.
