Problem Dolphin 5 on El Capitain

Problem is that i cant change the controller config
it dosnt matter what i i use in the list i cant change it and it also dosnt work in game

Hey, I'll try to help you out, but you are gonna need to explain more.

I have a macbook and I use a xbox one controller and I have pretty much no issues.

i use the xbox 360 controller and in the menu for the configuration i see
like in the attachment you see what i could use ( here for the keyboard, controller not tested now)
but it dosnt matter what i take i cant change the buttons / keys for maybe "A" or UP Down and so on
i have an older macbook pro but i dont believe this is the reason
i used the Dolphin 4 and here i can change the buttons without problems
