Problem after version 4697 - HCI: CommandDelete....

I'm a windows vista 64bit user and I downloaded the open cl version but after version 4697 nothing seems to work I get the error message:

So after a lot of times pressing ok, boom! crash dolphin not working anymore.

Any ideas? Im using nvidia driver version 190,89 and installed some other Open cl drivers from the nvidia page.

Yes I know there are newer drivers but this one worked for version 4689..
