Proble with Fps under 30

Hi, waited many days for new release. Finally appeared 3.0-807 and i use it, the x64 version.
Now i am thinking, what is the difference between x64 and x86 ?

Know, my problem. Well, i am trying to play one piece unlimited cruise 1 & 2 but the fps in action is under 40 and it's really annoying me.
My processor utilization is under 60 at full hd video.
The video card is at 20% and dedicated memory is 236 mb
Why i can't get 60 fps
Same thing at native resolution, but the video card at native resolution is under 20%

Specs:
Processor: Dual Core Intel Core i3-2100, 3100 MHz (31 x 100)
Ram: 6127 MB
GPu Card: Gainward GeForce GT 440 DDR5 1024

Yep. If you have a Z77 MoBo from Asrcok, you could try to overclock your CPU. But i doubt, that you own such a mainboard.

Normally, Dolphin will only use two major threads for processing, hence it's often called a dual-core application. Your i3-2100 has hyperthreading, but Dolphin won't create another major thread unless you use LLE audio and LLE on Thread. In other words, Dolphin isn't designed to use 100% of systems like yours (you probably wouldn't gain much speed anyway using more threads). 60% CPU utilization is about right for your system.

Sleeping dogs at full hd use 90% and 90% Cpu/Gpu and run fine

By nature, emulation uses a lot more processing power than the original system. You're translating GC/Wii code into somethinh your computer can understand. The GC/Wii has the advantage of not having to do that. Read the FAQ on the mainsite for more info.

Also, PC game are totally different programs from emulators. They use hardware resources in different ways. Again, read the FAQ for more info.

You probably won't get Dolphin to use 90% of your CPU. It's simply not designed to do that. Your CPU has four threads on two cores, Dolphin will use 2 normally, 3 at the max.
