i took the latest version of the dolphin emulator! and i don't find this in the emulator. Where is it?

And you, you probly have the latest versions, but just do it,

He meant directx 9.

Directx 10-11 are not supported in Dolphin yet.

You need Directx 9.0c (february 2010 release) to be precise.
